Our Mission is to empower community leaders to be able to increase Employment and Health care standards in their Community. By working in conjunction with the Department of Community Health (DCH), Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) as well as Area Ageing Agencies (AAA), Financial Institutions, County Inspectors and Realtor's.

Through combined efforts we are able to incorporate the disabled population into communities to increase employment and provides the individuals with disabilities a stronger sense of independence and safety through community support.

The Team of Agents are all experience professionals in the Health care Field. They will be your local Agent for Community Resources and Support. Each Agent may have a team of Representatives that is able to assist in the services rendered.
